A ‘Future Proofed’ Wiring Provision was also included for further Audio Zones, Video Doorbell, CCTV, Security Alarm and Connected Televisions to enable their clients to add value and convenience as and when they choose without the need for redecoration costs.

The development comprised of four separate 5 Bedroom Plots. Intelligent Installations decided on the market leading Control4 Solution with its’ 6 Button Lighting Keypads, 8” In-Wall Touch Screens and SA1 Music Streamer with In-Ceiling Speakers from Triad as the back bone of the Smart Home. All of this technology is facilitated by a Professional IT & WiFi System from Draytek. To ensure further added value, we suggested to the developer that we provide a wiring infrastructure that would allow the property owners to add technology at a later date.

The premium Plots had the full Smart Home treatment, while the remaining plots were given the exact same Wiring Scheme to allow the purchasers to add the Smart Home solution at their cost, should they choose to invest in the added benefits it provides.
